Check-in & Check-out Policies

Check-out Time
• Direct bookings (via phone or hotel website): Check-out time is 24 hours from time of check-in
• Indirect bookings (via partner websites or travel agents): Check-out time is at 12:00 PM
Early Arrival & Departure
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may have an additional charge depending on the extra time required. These requests cannot be guaranteed and can be confirmed only on the day of check-out.
Age Requirement
Guests must be minimum 18 years to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
ID Requirement
A valid photo identification with address proof is required for all guests during check-in. Guests who are Indian citizens must provide an identity card issued by the Government of India. Guests who are foreign nationals must present a valid passport and Indian visa.

Booking Policies

Children
Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the hotel.
Room Occupancy & Extra Beds
Maximum number of guests and extra beds vary based on accommodation type. Extra beds are available upon request for INR 200 per day.
Room Tariff & Promotions
Prices & special offers are subject to change based on demand & seasonality. Tariffs are usually higher during peak periods including public holidays, school vacations, festivals, etc.
Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and the hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.

General Policies

Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in the hotel premises:
• Alcohol, as not allowed in the holy area of Ajmer Sharif
• Outside food, i.e. food not ordered from Royal restaurant, to ensure guest safety
• Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
• Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by law
• Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit activity
Damage to Hotel Property
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure.
Personal Items & Valuables
Hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of cash, personal valuables or any other belongings of guests.
Pets
The hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
